Our Philosophy
Our goal is to help you cancel out the
chaos in your office and your home office by resolving issues with data
management, accounting and project administration while developing ongoing
processes that will stabilize and enhance your business. We guide you
to achieve a chaos free life whether you need our services weekly, monthly
or somewhere in between. Unlike most companies, we do offer onsite and
offsite services and we do not pressure you to take your financials or your
files away from the office. The unique quality of our business is that our
company will work hand in hand with you to tailor a program that
is unique for your business needs as we understand that all businesses do
not function in the same manner. Through our flexibility we can be the
go to person for all your needs including, but not limited to, office
management, full charge bookkeeping, human resources, contract
administration, database management, network management or we can simply
just be available for once a month reconciliation's. It is your
choice, not ours, and most importantly, you have the freedom to choose the
services that best fit your needs
Why are we different?
There are a number of companies out there that do consulting
for accounting software setup and/or organization of your home or office
space. Most come, do the consulting, get you organized and then leave. They
might offer follow-up visits as well. However, we go one step further, we
will come back to you weekly or bi-monthly depending on your current needs
and keep you organized, maintain your file system, maintain your books, pay
your bills, and invoice your work, we will follow-up on your collections
with your projects. Our virtual bookkeeper/office manager includes file system management and
maintenance, full charge bookkeeping and project administration. We also
offer other additional services that a traditional organizer or bookkeeper
does not offer such as project management, network and system
administration, website design, phone system maintenance, database
management and marketing design all at a reasonable price. Normally you
would have to hire several different consultants for all the different
functions that Chaotic Cancellation can provide in one package. Our goal is
to provide a seamless business solution for all your office needs.
Every client has a
personalized project plan based on their needs. Chaotic Cancellation isn't a
cookie-cutter company, we think outside the box to bring organization to
your company based on your needs.

About the President
Chaotic Cancellation Inc was started by Julie Wiggins who has
over 15 years experience in accounting, project management, business
administration, human resources, operations and network-information
technology. She has extensive experience in managing business and technical
resources, creating and implementing organizational strategies that directly
improve growth and profitability within operations, sales, customer service
and accounting. She has worked with many software packages and is able to
look through the chaos and find the serenity within. She has a strong work
ethic and enjoys the challenges of finding the underlying order
in
apparently random data to cancel out the chaos within by bringing balance
and organization to your world, your office.
