what do you charge?  We have two different pricing models, contract and hourly for each service offered. The model we use depends on the nature and service of the work. Typically we will estimate a contract price based on projects that will take 10 hours or more. We charge hourly for work that takes less than 10 hours. Also please note that we charge in 15 minute increments.

Website Hourly Rate: $95.00 per hour

Bookkeeping/Accounting Hourly Rate: $65.00 per hour

Tax Returns: $135.00 per hour

Technology Hourly Rate: $125.00 per hour, we also offered discounted maintenance packages

*Typically our contract rates include hourly rate discounts built into the proposed fee.

for projects do I pay all at once or as we go? The total cost is broken into 2 payments based on the proposed projects. The first payment is required in order to start the project, usually during or after the initial meeting. The first payment consists of 1/2 the quoted fee plus travel cost if applicable. The final remaining 1/2 of the quoted fee is due upon completion.

 

for weekly or monthly services? For hourly or weekly or monthly service, payment is due at the beginning of the following month. We will provide an invoice for services rendered that is due upon receipt.

 

do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover via PayPal. We also accept checks and of course, cash.
